One of the best ways to burn fat off fast is to do morning cardio – perform your cardiovascular sessions first thing in the morning. Your body goes through a 8 to 10 hour fast during the night, and your glycogen stores are mostly depleted when you first wake up. By doing morning cardio training sessions before consuming any food, you can quickly deplete the little glycogen stores that remain. Once the glycogen stores are gone, your body begins to mobilize fat as a source of energy, allowing your morning cardio to effectively burn off more fat than performing cardio at any other time during the day.

Various research and studies have proven that doing cardio in the morning burns off more fat when the body is in a fasted state compared to other times during the day. Aside from the increased fat burn from doing cardio in the morning, it also energizes you and makes you feel good throughout the entire day, and one of the biggest benefits of morning cardio is that it increases your metabolism for hours throughout the day, helping you burn off fat faster.

How to Lose Body Fat by Weight Training?

I have lost a lot of weight over the past few years, yet I still have body fat still on me. Like on my arms, chest and on my sides. I lose weight by exercising but I have yet to do weight training. If I were to start weight training, how long would it take to see the fat go away and how many times a week should i weight train to get the absolute effect?
