What Exercises Will Help Me Lose Body Fat Faster?

I am +25% in body fat and I want to get down to 10%.  What exercises will help me lose body fat faster.  I would like to reduce by at least 3-5% a month.   Maybe even more.  Also how long would it take me to get to 10% from +25%?
