Although it is easy to find information on the Internet regarding dieting and slimming down, most of the information is fairly useless for those of us who are strapped for time. It is important to eat small meals several times a day. Your metabolism will increase as your body digests the food you consume and burns off calories. When you starve yourself for several days, your metabolism slows down since you’re not using calories.
