What is the best way to burn fat but not put on bulk while working out?

I am a little on the bigger side. I am 6’1 230lbs, but not a really fat guy.
I was wondering what is the best way to burn the fat without putting on the bulk? Should I be doing light weight at a greater number of reps, or heavier weight at a normal amount of reps? Are there any excercises that you would recommend to lose my “man boobs” faster?
