In order to burn fat more effectively, you should learn to increase
your metabolism.  This is done by increasing your physical activity
on a daily basis.

In addition to eating foods that burn fat which I mentioned in my
previous post, you should have a regular exercise four to five times
a week for at least half an hour.

A cardio workout is a good way to start with, be it on a treadmill,
a stationary bike or an aerobics exercise.  You should also not forget
weight training as this is an excellent way to increase your metabolism.
Adding muscle mass not only tones your body but it keeps that fat away
for good!

When at work, instead of sitting at the office all day long, you should
think of ways to be active as much as possible by getting up from your
desk frequently.  One technique I use is to place my things in different
places around the office so I get up more often. Just be sure to put it
in proper place, otherwise your office will get a little messy! Another
way is to using the stairs instead of the elevator if you’re going two
or three floors from your destination.

Engaging in physical sports such as baseball, basketball, football, etc.
during your leisure time or as simple as walking with your dog in the
neighborhood should also be considered.

By having an active lifestyle to increase you metabolism, you’re on your
way to a body you’ve always dreamed of – free from unwanted fats!
